Campus Living Villages USA contracted with GRO to create two renewal campaigns for their 2022 leasing season. The first campaign is “Retreat Yourself,” where students that renew their leases are eligible to win a free vacation/retreat. We decided that the theme of the campaign needed to have a mixture of outdoor elements and earth tones. The second campaign is “Leasechella,”where one lucky student who renewed a lease at a CLV community won free tickets to a music festival of their choice. We wanted to make sure that the Leasechella campaign projected a loud, fun, playful vibe, all the things that one would feel attending a music festival and watching their favorite bands with their closest friends.
