Campus Living Villages USA contracted with GRO to create two renewal campaigns for their 2021 leasing season. The first campaign is “Refresh Your Tech,” where students that renew their leases are eligible to win a high-dollar tech package. We decided that the theme of the campaign needed to have a mixture of new-age and throwback elements, such as the nod to the 80s MTV vibe.
The second theme: Renew For Change. The Renew for Change campaign provides students a chance to win a $1,200 Visa Gift Card when they renew their lease, and matches a donation to an organization or cause of their choice. The suite of designs incorporate summery, bohemian colors with a 70s flare.
