GRO, a full-service digital marketing and creative agency based in Detroit, MI is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our growing agency in the Greater Detroit or Nashville areas. The main role of the AM is to manage and form lasting relationships and provide a positive client experience. The AM will be leading the daily communications and project management for multiple accounts as well as being the main point of contact for their clients. Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage clients’ daily deliverables and keep them informed on project/performance status.
  • Manage local, regional, and national clients across a variety of verticals.
  • Conduct internal and external client kickoff calls to ensure project launch deadlines, measurements of success, and dependencies.
  • Use SLAs to set client expectations on project timelines.
  • Create and manage tasks using our project management tool to ensure an effective and timely rollout of projects and campaigns.
  • Understand the client’s market and adapt strategies and budgets to best fit the current climate of the market.
  • Communicate with clients on a bi-weekly or as-needed basis to touch base on account performance, updates, and specials.
  • Communicate internally with Digital Marketing Specialists to ensure optimal performance of campaigns.
  • Coordinate new creative efforts with the creative department to align with current client promotions.
  • Schedule and lead monthly review calls with clients to recap monthly metrics
  • Utilize internal reporting and collaboration tools to monitor weekly pacing and conversion metrics.
  • Participate in quarterly goals to expand professional skill sets and industry knowledge.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of account management experience at an ad agency or related company in digital marketing.
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, Demand Side Platforms, and SEO tools).
  • Proven success with relationship management and strategic partnerships.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple projects with minimal assistance.
  • Ability to leverage available resources to pursue solutions to problems.
  • Demonstrate skills of self-motivation and eagerness to learn.
  • Strong written and verbal communicator with personable relationship building skills.
  • Experience managing accounts with small to medium budgets.
  • Experience managing 35 or more SMB accounts each month.

The ideal candidate is a smart, ambitious, and analytical Digital Marketing Specialist that will create, manage, and optimize our client’s paid advertising campaigns. This candidate should be autonomous, organized, proactive, articulate, and collaborative, as well as being a highly effective problem solver.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute and manage advertising campaigns using various digital advertising platforms including, but not limited to: Google Ads, Google Doubleclick, Bing Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, Snapchat Ads for business, Geofencing, and other DSPs

GRO is seeking a qualified Accounting Manager to join our team. As an Accounting Manager, you will supervise, monitor and evaluate all day-to-day accounting activities. In addition, you will be developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting financial information. Position is located in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement and oversee overall accounting strategy
  • Oversee accounting daily operations
  • Take responsibility for accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, debt activity etc
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data
  • Set up and monitor accounting KPIs
  • Regularly produce financial reports or statements
